MEMBERSHIP

Membership is open to spouses of active-duty, reserve, and retired servicemembers of all ranks in the U.S. Armed Forces who reside in the National Capital Region to include Spouses of International Service Members attached to U.S. Marine Corps Units/Schools.

To start the membership process, please select a membership level below. Once the online form is completed, please select the option of paying your annual dues  "online" or "Invoice Me" (which means you will be mailing in a check).
Clicking the "online" payment option means you can pay right on our secure website with a credit card and it's the fastest way to be approved.  All credit card processing is handled via AffiniPay Processing and no card information is ever stored on our site. We prefer all payments be made using our online payment processing system.  Our $30 membership fee is a flat rate regardless of how you pay and no service charges will be added. If you prefer to mail in both your membership form and fee payment, then simply download our QSSC Membership and Release of Liability Waiver Form, sign and mail them back along with your check (made out to "QSSC") to:
